When we understand the difference between empathy

When we understand the difference between empathy and compassion it can be a wonderful tool to use to help people without feeling drained, exhausted and consumed by someone else’s emotions.

When you learn to stay in your own mind and come from a place you understand to help others then there’s abundance of love to give.

Misery loves company so be careful you are not being pulled down the well to help people get out of their dark hole. Use compassion for others and have empathy for your own mind.
