With roots in ancient Sanskrit, Greek, and Hebrew, Kelee translates to “vessel”—a place to take the bad things out and put the good things in.

What is Kelee Meditation?

​Kelee meditation is a simple 5-minute practice that teaches you how to still your mind—learning to still your mind will help you begin to understand your inner world of thoughts and emotions. You will learn how to detach from troubling thoughts and feelings that are within you and how to dissipate them … for good.

OVERWHELM In a session this morning, we explored t OVERWHELM
In a session this morning, we explored the sensation of feeling overwhelmed. 
A few too many decisions.
A few too many expectations.
A few too many “I should be handling this better” thoughts.
And before we realise it, our mind has shifted into stress mode, and our body follows. 
When this happens, we don’t think as clearly.
We don’t respond as intentionally. Old patterns can take the wheel, energy rises, and we shift into autopilot. We begin to move without awareness. 
It can feel like you’re just getting through the day, but not necessarily enjoying it. 
Overwhelm is not a sign that you’re incapable.
It’s a sign that you have too many thoughts on the surface of your mind, and you are loading your nervous system.
The key is to notice it, to pause, and to try softening.
Lower your energy by just by 25%. 
See if you can return to the moment in front of you. 
You don’t need to solve everything right now.
But rather ask yourself
What’s the biggest priority right now that I can have an effect on that will remove some stress from my life? 
The future is not here yet. Trust you will know what to do when you get there. Overthinking leads to overwhelm. 
When you regulate your energy, clarity returns.
And from clarity, steadiness of mind.
