Online Self-Led Course

Kelee©️ Online Self-led Course means you can have the freedom to learn the basic principles of the meditation practice in the comfort of your own home and at your own pace. This course can be found on our sister site in the United States. The course is a series of 10 pre-recorded videos hosted by High Performance Coach and The Kelee©️ Foundation Australia’s Director, Matt Griggs. This course is for anyone looking to learn Kelee©️ Meditation or to brush up on what they already know.
