Join our Kelee®Meditation 10-step ‘Free Your Mind’ online beginners course with Kate Griggs. Over 10-weeks students are grounded in the basic principles of Kelee® Meditation, self reflection and the mind. Group sizes are limited to 10.
Course Fees: $370+GST (no tax for international students) this includes 10 x 1.5hr ZOOM sessions + a personal journal and Kelee® Meditation book.
What to expect? Develop a mind that doesn’t drift, but is consciously aware, present and free of fear and stress. Learn to improve your efficiency by understanding how your mind works and simple ways to train it. Upgrade your mental programs for greater clarity and self-awareness. Find the stability to deal with workplace pressures.

Monthly Mindset Class

What to expect? 

Join Matt Griggs for a Monthly Mindset group class  – 7:30pm AEST. During the 1hr class Matt will teach about the mind, offer his recent learnings and take students through a group meditation practice along with guided contemplation. Class also offers the opportunity for students to ask questions amongst a like-minded community. This is a fantastic opportunity to reboot your mind and build your mental strength for the coming month ahead. Class is a wonderful way to keep you on track with your practice and your mindset.

All levels are welcome to students who are practicing Kelee Meditation.
