Over 5 days, you will be guided by the best in the field. Renowned professional surfer and Kelee Meditation teacher Taylor Knox, in collaboration with esteemed mind and performance coach Matt Griggs, will lead you on a transformative journey. Their expertise, combined with that of Kate Griggs, a seasoned Kelee meditation teacher and coach, ensures an enriching experience.

During the retreat, you will be taken through a series of high-performance sessions, where you will ground yourself in the basic principles of Kelee^®Meditation, learn to contemplate and troubleshoot the mind, and learn about the three pillars of The Nature of Success: State of Mind, Physical Health, and Performance.

Each day at our retreat is designed to provide a perfect balance of activity and relaxation. Mornings start with a serene sunrise routine, followed by free time to relax, surf, bushwalk, and enjoy a massage. This routine allows for plenty of time to decompress, contemplate, and unwind, making the most of your retreat experience.

Our venue, Surfaris Surf Retreat will provide all the meals, coffee, and tea. Fully renovated room choices are available.

Progressive Surf Coaching, available for intermediate to advanced students, is offered by Matt Griggs and Taylor Knox for an additional $60 per day. Matt will film your surf session for coaching feedback. Please let us know if you are interested in this ‘add-on’

Beginners Surf Coaching is available with Surfaris as part of your package – this is optional, so if you would like more info, feel free to ask. Please let us know if you require a board or a wetsuit.

For non-surfers, the resort is a beautiful setting to relax, reflect, read a book, spend time in nature or simply take time to go deeper with what you learn during the retreat.

Massages are also available as an ‘add-on’.

Spots are limited. To secure your place, a 50% non-refundable invoice will be issued. The final 50% invoice will be sent 90 days from the start of the retreat. If you commit but can not make the retreat, you can transfer your spot to someone else.

What is not included:

Professional Photography, Alcohol, and Transportation to and from the venue.

Massage Fee and Advanced Surf Coaching are ‘add-ons,’ so please ask for this to be included in your package.
