Parenting can be such a challenge and I was reminded by this when I watched the documentary SEEN. A parent TV documentary that explores the power of personal healing and how this is key to building better relationships with our children.

My name is @kate__griggs and I’m a Kelee Meditation teacher. I’d like to offer any parent who is keen to dive into self development but not sure where to start to join me in a small group of like minded parents to learn about how to free your mind via the art of Kelee Meditation.

You are welcome to DM your name and email with the word ‘parent’ so I can send you info on our Kelee Meditation program. A program that helps you understand your behaviour and what is blocking you from parenting well.

- 5min meditation practice
- develop self awareness
- troubleshoot your mind
- reduce stress and anxiety
- replace fear with understanding
